Hours: 37.5 hours over 5 days
Salary: 14,844 per annum
To proactively contribute to the efficient operation of the flooring department function in line with the needs of the business.
Core Performance Areas:
Branches: Deals with requests for flooring related support information, product details, supplier queries and general requests for support information and problem resolution.
Suppliers: Deal with requests from the business and suppliers in relation to product Issues and problem resolution.
Customers: Updating customers in relation to complex service issues that have been escalated through the business to the flooring dept.
Head Office: Work with other departments as required ensuring a seamless coordinated delivery of services, activities and general information transfer.
Be proficient in one of the following areas, the company’s Microsoft Dynamics computer system or the retail flooring sector.
Deals promptly and efficiently with all enquiries received in person, by email or phone, in accordance with company policy and established work practices, to ensure consistently high levels of service are delivered and maintained.
Effectively contributes to maintaining up to date and accurate filing systems for all administration and supplier details to ensure ease of access to information as required.
Contribute to the day to day management of Health & Safety in the department in line with The company’s policy to ensure a safe working environment.
