Salary: £15,438.15 per annum

As Distribution Centre Admin Assistant your main responsibilities will be
Core Performance Areas:
Respond to email enquiries, deal promptly and efficiently with all customer enquiries over the phone. Receive and process customer transactions and complete all computerised and paper based records.
Process customer orders by ensuring the accurate inputting of customer details into the sales order processing system. Complete customer finance documentation, liaising as required with the Finance Company's underwriters.
Maintain up to date and accurate filing systems for all administration and customer correspondence.
Where necessary, provide effective word processing and copy typing support to Management.
Ability to multitask
Proven organisational skills and attentive to detail.
Maintains a consistently smart and professional image.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

IT literacy is also essential with an understanding of the following systems:
MS Excel to prepare analysis
MS Word to prepare reports and letters
